Eating late night snacks has previously been established to be generally not healthy. This is due to the high chances of calorie retention which results in obesity and a protruding stomach.
However, this habit isn’t always a bad one as some late night snacks are actually healthy, low in calories and do not do any harm to the body. Some of which include popcorn which is 90 per cent fat-free, Warm milk which is high in protein and scrambled eggs which are high in protein as well, among others.
