Man United crashed out of the UEFA Champions League after losing 1-2 on aggregate to Sevilla. Mourinho’s men went into the match knowing fully well that they would be needing nothing less than a win of they are tonproceed to the Quarter Final after playing a goalless draw at Sevilla two weeks ago.

With morale high from the win against Liverpool over the weekend, United thou had a slow start but then controlled major part of the game with Fellaini proving to be key man for United. Mourinho started Felaini alongside Matic in the midfield and Lingard also started upfront with Sanchez Rashford and Lukaku. Rashford and Fellaini were the point men for United creating some chances and forcimg Sevilla’s keeper into making some fabulous saves.

Mourinho decided his own faye after subbing off Felaini only to be replaced by Pogba who missed the Liverpool game due to injury. Sevilla too have been dangerous but failed to create clear chances until the coavh brought on Ben Yeder who later proved to be the hero, scoring two quick goals before Lukaku scored a consolation for United
