Mo Salah Deservedly Earn The PFA Player of the Year Award

Mo Salah has been crowned the PFA Footballer of 2017/18 season after contributing 31 league goals and 9 assist in the on-going Premier League season that has already been won by Man City. Salah beat Man City’s De Bruyne and Harry Kane to the prestigious award. Man City’s whiz winger, Sane was announced the PFA Young Player of the year.

Man City’s playmaker, De Bruyne was touted to beat the Egyptian to the award simply because of Man City’s domestic success this season but the Belgian stats couldn’t match that of Salah who is on course to compete on the world stage with the likes of Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Salah’s contributions this season have propelled Liverpool to compete effectively in Champions League and the player may be set to replace Neymar in the first three player in the world following his success at Liverpool.

Salah’s goal scoring recordĀ had seen him surpassed many records at Liverpool and Premier League. He obviousy deserved the accolade ahead of De Bruyne
