Real Madrid will soon successfully replace Zidane after confirming that Julen Lopetegui will become their new head coach after the conclusion of the World Cup in Russia this summer.

Currently on duty with Spain, the coach was a former Real Madrid player having played for them between 1988-1991. He is expected to take over affairs at the Bernerbeu after the conclusion of the tournament on July 15.

Zidane announced his resignation at the club last month following a futile conversation with the club’s president. The Frenchman’s stay at the club has been regarded as successful after he guided them to three consecutive Champions League success in his three years stay at the club
