Facebook is suing BlackBerry for patent encroachment, heightening the fight in court between the two organizations over patent technology.
In a 118-page grumbling documented Tuesday in San Francisco government court, Facebook blamed BlackBerry for taking its voice messaging technology, among other licensed procedures. Facebook is looking for unspecified harms for encroachment of six licenses.
BlackBerry didn’t immediately react to messages sent outside general business hours looking for input on the suit.
Notwithstanding the voice-messaging patent, Facebook refers to encroachment of licensed technology that enhances how a mobile gadget conveys designs, video and sound and another that brings together following and examination of GPS information.
In March, BlackBerry sued Facebook in government court in Los Angeles, blaming the social media monster for encroaching on its mobile messaging licenses.
BlackBerry guaranteed Facebook influenced unapproved utilization of its technology in its own particular moment delivery person to benefit, Facebook Messenger, and in WhatsApp Messenger and Instagram.
