The Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on the Libyan in the forthcoming African Nations Cup qualifier coming up later this month. Nigeria will face Libya in a two legged matches coming up this month with the first leg to be played at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Saturday 13th October while the return leg scheduled for the 18,000 –capacity Stade Taïeb Mhiri in the city of Sfax, Tunisia on Tuesday 16th October.

Former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia has warned that Nigeria will have to be wary of the threat posed by Libya ahead of this month’s double header 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers. Reccently, coach Gernot Rohr released a 24-man squad list to face the Libyans in the forthcoming double encounter as Super Eagles captain Mikel John Obi is still missing but Isaac Success has been recalled back in the squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Libya.

However, former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia has stated that Nigeria will have to be careful and wary of the threat posed by Libya ahead of this month’s double header 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
