Customers are the most important in a business, and everything that is to be done in a business must revolve around the customers. Any business that takes the customers as second important to any other thing has already decided to fail without knowing it.
It is important to note that so many entrepreneurs do not take this seriously and they end up not getting the most out of their customers or prospective customers.
As a business owner, you need to cultivate the habit of thinking about your customers before taking up any possible strategy or action.

Don’t Use The Same Approach For All Customers
Your customers are most definitely humans and even if you are selling things for animals, you still have to relate with a human to complete the transaction, with this been said, make sure you make every customer feel special, put them into different groups.
“In our messaging, we will treat a heavy user of our app differently than a light user,” said Jon Ziglar, CEO of ParkMobile. “We treat a new user differently than a veteran user. We try to make the messages as relevant as possible to that specific person.”
Make Responses Swift
There is no better customer service than responding as fast as possible to a customer’s need, to top it up you also have to solve the problem of the customer to the best of your ability.
For example, ParkMobile received a one-star review from a man who complained that the app was inconvenient and took time away from his date. Instead of ignoring the comment or making excuses, Ziglar said, they contacted the reviewer directly to express their remorse and offered a gift card to the exact restaurant where he had been that day.
“He really appreciated the gesture, and we turned a ‘hater’ into a huge ParkMobile advocate,” said Ziglar. “He even let us feature his story in a social media campaign. Sometimes, you have to go above and beyond to build raving fans of your business.”
Keep Relationship With Your Customers Personal
Human Beings love to work with people that they feel a level of personal connection with, rather than being aggressive when selling, you can try to be more consultative and conversational so that clients can understand that your intentions are good and is beneficial to them.
Make More Face-To-Face Interactions
Nothing beats face to face interaction when it comes to customer relations, try more to get people to see you either through video calling or physical contact
It’s easier to learn about a client by talking to them in person. However, some people feel more comfortable speaking to you from a distance.
Grow With Your Current Customers In Mind
The happier your customers the better your business, therefore when you are planning to expand or do something different, do not forget to have the customers you have already in mind. For example, you might want to expand your service based firm to bigger clients and stuff but do not forget to create a space for the ones that were with you to that level. They can still help your business in so many ways.
