How to boost immune system and prevent illness

A healthy immune system is necessary if you want to stay strong without falling sick, the immune system helps the body fight against disease and sickness. People with low immune system have the tendency to fall sick every now and then. Vitamins are essential for proper functioning of the body, boost the immune system hereby  preventing you from falling sick always. Vitamin C, E and B6 are the immune boosters, eating food rich in these Vitamins will keep you healthy.

VITAMIN C: Vitamin C also known as L-ascorbic is a water soluble vitamin essential for collagen biosynthesis which is important in wound healing. Vitamin C also regenerate antioxidants and plays important role in immune function. Food high in vitamin C are:
