Manchester United came from two goals down to beat Crystal Palace 3-2 in a Premier League game on Monday night. Crystal Palace had a flying start after shocking Mourinho’s men with an early lead through a deflected goal from Townsend. United had an awful first half and failed to register a shot on target.

Crystal Palace doubled their lead as soon as the second half began. Former Chelsea, van Aanholt scored a well taken goal from a fast taken free-kick which instigated anger from Mourinho at the touchline. Luckily, Smalling was able, to pull one back for United before Lukaku scored from a Sanchez’s rebound shot to level at the 76th minute. Man United could have conceded another but for a world  class save from De Gea which later proved important as another former Chelsea player, Matic scored the winning goal through a half volley from outside the box.

The win took Man United back to the second position which was being dispossessed by Liverpool who beat Newcastle at the weekend.
