Just recently, Kiss Daniel announced to the world that he has left his record label, G-Worldwide and has since been operating on his new record label termed “Flyboy Inc”. His former employer has however dragged him to Federal High Court, levied some charges against him, which includes contract breaching of Intellectual Property Right which G- Worldwide posses under the 7-year contract which Kiss Daniels signed with the record label as far back as 2013.
I don't know the full details of the whole Kiss Daniel vs G-worldwide saga, however for once we need to start putting ourselves in the shoes of record label owners, we also need to encourage Artistes to respect legal agreements. Agreement is agreement. pic.twitter.com/cCdPB4nedV
