Popularly known as Jenifa, Funke’s Akindele movie career has taken a new height after she’s is being confirmed to be taking part as a cast in popular and upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team “The Avengers – The Infinity War”, produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures .
Jenifa’s name was published on popular movie review website, IMDB, where it was revealed she will be a member of Dora Milaje, a team of women who serve as personal bodyguards of the Black Panther, the spiritual leader of Wakanda.
From the time of her popular movie, Jenifa in 2008, a film which received 4 nominations at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2008, Funke Akindele’s fame has risen to a greater level in the industry. Her latest achievement has placed her above most of her counterparts as it is not a one-day job to break into Hollywood.
