The 22nd Epistle of Christ, The Gospel and the Kingdom Lifestyle

Daily Prayers

As a Christian, your colleagues and clients in the office, customers in the market, fellow students and lecturers in the school, neighbours around your residence, among others, may not have the time and interest to read the Holy Bible, but be rest assured, they read your character, attitude, and approach to the things of this life. Has your life been able to convict and convert a sinner to Christ?

TOPIC: THE 22ND EPISTLE
READ: 2 CORINTHIANS 3:1-3

MEMORIES: Clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart. (2 Corinthians 3:3).

The 21st Century needs the 22nd Epistle to draw near to God.

Out of 27 books in New Testament, 21 are Epistles. Many of the epistles have been attributed to Paul, as the author. These epistles were written with ink in books. But according to the scripture (2 Corinthians 3:3), the 22nd epistle is the letter (Epistle) of Christ to the perishing soul, not written with ink in the books but with the Spirit of the living God in the fleshy table of Christ Disciples heart.

As a Christian (Christ’s disciple), you are the replica of Christ, the gospel and the Kingdom lifestyle (Acts 11:26). You are to read the twenty-one epistles by Apostle Paul and the other Apostles, to be more acquainted with the Kingdom lifestyle daily (Joshua 1:8). Non-Christians would then read your character to have the knowledge of God. This is God’s provision for and expectation from you. What you do matters a lot. Why?

PRAYER POINTS:
1. Every character in me as a Christian that does not arouse sinners interest to Christ, disappear from me today in name of the Jesus.
2. Oh God, with Your spirit, write Your kingdom principles in me, and use me to win my world to You.
3. Pray that God should revisit all Christians who have lost their savour.
